This hotel was chilled-out base for exploring Rotorua, appreciated it and venue’s accommodating staff with Great Service. The location to a main street and a cinema was marvellous for everything that I needed. And I was near restaurants and pubs. Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Rotorua.

For the great value we got, the room at Quest was fantastic - modern, spacious, clean, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff, especially the receptionists like Paul and DJ, were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, making us feel very welcome.
The breakfast could have been better, with more options and variety.

Well-appointed rooms with a nice kitchen, a great view plus dryer, felt like home. The location was favourable for walking around Tamaki Maori Village.

quest in rotorua was the best place we stayed at during our nz trip. lisa was warm and helpful, giving us great advice and discounts. she even walked us to our secure parking spot. the apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect, just minutes from the center and lakefront.
No free parking for guests.

Excellently equipped room, with modern white goods, plenty of room, and an interesting spa bath on the balcony. City centre location with car parking. Very friendly and helpful franchise owners who made great suggestions for what to do.

My wife and I, had a great stay at the Quest Rotorua Central. The apartments were very clean,spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Very convenient central city location. Great hosts with fantastic staff.. Highly recommend.
